Psalm 145 – PRAISE
I shall extoll you Elohai, ha-melekh.
Every day I will bless you, and praise your Holy Name forever.
For great is the Lord and greatly praised; his grandeur is without measure.
I will speak of your spendour, of the glory of your deeds and your majesty.

And they shall tell of the power of your truth and the wonders of your creation.

I shall extoll you, Elohai, ha melekh.

Psalm 96 – SING
Sing unto the Lord, sing a new song. Sing unto the Lord, all the earth. Sing unto the Lord, bless his name.

Proclaim his salvation.
Declare to the nations his glory,
to all of the lands his mighty deeds.
For great is the Lord and greatly praised above all.
Sing unto the Lord, sing a new song. Sing unto the Lord, all the earth. Sing unto the Lord, praise his name.

Proclaim his eternal majesty.
O give unto the Lord all you families of nations, O give unto the Lord the glory and power.
O give unto the Lord the glory due his name. Bestow an offering and come into his Temple.

Psalm 6 – LAMENT
Adonai, do not rebuke me in your anger, or chastise me in your displeasure.

Have mercy, Adonai, for I languish in sorrow.
O heal me, for my bones tremble in pain, and my soul is deeply troubled as I await your salvation.
Return, Adonai, and deliver my soul.
O save me, O save me for the sake of your mercy.
I am weary from my distress; my pillow is damp from weeping.

All night I drench my bed with tears.
My eyes are dim. They grow old before my foes.
The Lord will hear my supplication, the Lord will hear my prayer.

Psalm 24 – REJOICE
The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof: the world and they that dwell therein.
For He laid its foundation on the seas
and established it upon the floods.
Who shall ascend the hill of the Lord, and who shall stand in His holy place?

He who has clean hands and a pure heart and takes not the Lord’s name in vain.
Lift up your heads, O ancient gates; rise up ye everlasting doors
that the King of Glory shall come in.

Psalm 121 – Reflect
I lift my eyes unto the mountains from whence comes my help.

My help is from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth.
He will not suffer your foot to stumble.
He that keeps you will not slumber.
The guardian of Israel will neither slumber not sleep.
Adonai is your keeper. Adonai is the shade on your right hand.

The sun shall not smite you by day nor the moon by night,
Adonai will keep you from danger. He will preserve your soul.
Adonai will guard your going out and your coming in from now and forever.
