Christus Natus Hodie - (Up! Good Christian Folk and Listen)

arr. Malcolm Edwards

SATB  a cappella – CP 1820 – duration 2:40.
Malcolm has created this beautiful a cappella setting with compelling harmonic twists to the poem by George Ratcliffe Woodward.
Up! good Christian folk, and listen
How the merry church bells ring,
And from steeple
Bid good people
Come adore the new-born King

I Wonder as I Wander

arr. by Malcolm Edwards

SATB a cappella  –   CP 1179   – 2:10
A traditional Appalachian Christmas carol with easy voice leading that makes it very accessible for church and community choirs. The melody is one of those folk song gems that speaks of its ancient and  rural origins.

Morning Sounds

by Malcolm Edwards

SAB  organ or piano, opt. handbells  –    CP 1015   – 6:15
This is an introit that would work well for any church choir and on any Sunday morning.  It is written in canon, and is also congregational.
