Born in Quebec’s Gaspé region and raised in the British Columbia Interior, pianist Ken Cormier (b. 1965) enjoys an active and varied music career. Having earned a degree in Piano Performance at the University of British Columbia, Ken is equally at home in the classical, jazz and popular idioms. He regularly performs as accompanist, repetiteur, musical theatre and recording session keyboardist, chamber musician and jazz pianist. Ken lives with his wife Lisa and their children Timothy and Natalie in Burnaby, BC, where he also maintains a busy private teaching studio
